About DAZU WealthDAZU Wealth is the personal finance and wealth platform within the DAZU ecosystem.It helps users:Track spending and cashflowReceive upcoming installment remindersView all financial accounts in one placeBuild better financial habits and insightsOur goal is to scale DAZU Wealth to hundreds of thousands of users across the region.We are hiring a Growth Manager to lead digital marketing, user acquisition, funnel optimization, and activation strategies to rapidly grow our user base.Role OverviewThe Growth Manager will own DAZU Wealth’s growth engine, driving:New user acquisitionConversion through funnelsDigital marketing executionExperiments, A/B tests, and performance analyticsRetention and activation campaignsThis is a hands-on role requiring strong skills in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and growth hacking.You will work closely with Product, Data, and Design teams to scale DAZU Wealth efficiently and sustainably. Key Responsibilities1. User Acquisition & Digital MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize paid marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels.Manage CAC targets and implement strategies to reduce acquisition costs.Build and optimize growth funnels (awareness → install → activation → retention).Run influencer and creator marketing campaigns relevant to personal finance.2. Growth Experiments & Funnel OptimizationDesign and run A/B tests across landing pages, onboarding flows, app store pages, and referral programs.Analyze drop-offs and improve conversion rates at every stage.Develop and launch viral loops, referral incentives, and shareable content.3. Content & Brand GrowthWork with design/content teams to create compelling ads, landing pages, and social content.Manage DAZU Wealth’s online presence (social media, blog, email newsletters).Build educational and personal finance–focused content engines to drive organic growth.4. Analytics & ReportingOwn growth dashboards and monitor KPIs daily.Analyze user behavior and segment audiences to improve targeting.Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI, and cohort performance.Report on campaign performance and insights with actionable recommendations.5. Activation & Retention CampaignsImprove onboarding flows and push users to complete key actions (connecting accounts, tracking spending, etc.).Run email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to increase engagement.Work with product teams on habit loops, insights, and notifications that drive retention.6. Partnerships (Optional Bonus Function)Explore partnerships with influencers, content creators, personal finance coaches, and communities.Coordinate referral partnerships with fintech, banks, universities, or lifestyle apps.RequirementsMust Have3–6+ years experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing.Proven experience in growing a consumer app.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.Ability to build funnels, run experiments, and analyze data.Experience with A/B testing tools (Firebase, GA4, Optimizely, etc.).Strong understanding of CAC, retention, cohort analysis, and LTV.Fluent in English and Arabic.Nice to HaveExperience in fintech, banking, personal finance, or consumer tech.Experience working with data teams on segmentation and growth models.Understanding of behavioral psychology and habit-forming product design.Familiarity with mobile attribution (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase).
