We're hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to join Gameball's marketing team.You'll own two things: distribution and lifecycle. On the distribution side, you're the focal point, collecting content from across the team, organizing it into a structured calendar, publishing it on the right channel at the right time, and tracking what's working through analytics and attribution. On the lifecycle side, you're nurturing leads through the funnel, building email sequences, managing lifecycle stages in HubSpot, and moving prospects toward sales-qualified opportunities with clear reporting on conversion and pipeline impact.Everyone on the team is creating content, but your responsibility is to make sure it reaches the right audience at the right time, and you measure what's driving results.We expect AI fluency as a baseline, that's not a differentiator, it's a requirement. You don't need years of experience. You need hunger, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in growth marketing, distribution, analytics, and marketing automation. You'll get direct mentorship from the Head of Marketing and hands-on exposure to how a modern SaaS growth engine operatesRESPONSIBILITIESContent Distribution & Calendar Management: Act as the focal point for all marketing content. Collect assets and content, organize everything into a structured content calendar and own the publishing rhythm across Blog, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other channels. Lead Nurturing & CRM Lifecycle Management: Build and optimize email sequences, lead scoring, segmentations and lifecycle stages, workflows that move leads from awareness through to sales-qualified opportunities.Analytics, Reporting & Attribution: Build and maintain dashboards tracking content performance, channel attribution, conversion rates by funnel stage, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI. Campaign Operations: Set up landing pages, webinar setups, lead magnet forms, A/B tests, and UTM tracking. Own the operational side of getting campaigns from brief to live, and measure their impact post-launch.Automation Coordination: Work with the GTM engineering agency to ensure data flows between their side and our sales team running clean.Website Conversion Support: Monitor conversion performance on forms, landing pages, and demo booking flows. Recommend and implement optimizations based on data.Cross-Functional Support: Support across product marketing and growth marketing.
