We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The primary responsibilities include bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution for CyShield's cybersecurity products portfolio, driving the growth and adoption, managing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, and enabling our sales teams and partners to close complex deals. Key Responsibilities:Product Discovery & Roadmap: Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify pain points to help define the vision, strategy, and feature prioritization for our cybersecurity product suite.Positioning & Messaging: Develop and maintain messaging frameworks that differentiate our products from competitors and clearly articulate "the why" to buyers.Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the end-to-end launch of new features and products, coordinating across sales, content, and demand generation teams.Sales Enablement: Create internal tools and external collateral (e.g., pitch decks, battle cards, case studies) to help our revenue teams close deals faster.Market Intelligence: Become the resident expert on our buyers, how they buy and their key criteria as well as the competitive landscape.Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design integrated campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption. Data-Driven Growth: Track and analyze product usage and funnel metrics. Use these insights to iterate on both the product features and the marketing tactics.QualificationsStrong expertise in Market Research and Go-to-Market StrategyHold Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Software Engineering5-7 Years of experience of experience including 3-5 years in product management, preferably in a Cybersecurity fieldExperience in Product Management and Product MarketingKnowledge and skills in supporting sales efforts and understanding market trendsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to build Pricing Models and calculate Unit Economics.Proficiency in product lifecycle management and marketing toolsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience working in the technology, software, or cybersecurity sectors is a plusCertified Product Management is a plus
