This position is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. Daily tasks include handling reservations, answering inquiries in person and via phone or email, and providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. The Guest Service Agent resolves guest concerns, coordinates with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs, and processes payments and billing with accuracy. The role also involves maintaining guest records, following hotel policies and procedures, and consistently upholding a professional, courteous, and service-focused demeanor.Qualifications Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.Front office or reception experience, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations handling, and basic knowledge of hotel operations.Proficiency with hotel property management systems, reservation platforms, and basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Well-developed problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.High level of personal presentation, reliability, and attention to detail in all guest interactions and documentation.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles is preferred; diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
