Our dedication to inclusion strengthens our workforce and helps drive our business forward, enriching both PepsiCo and the communities in North Africa.Leading Snacks insights agenda The Gulf & Levant Foods BU, working closely with Snacks Marketing Team and all commercial functions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Foods Marketing team on Brand Plans and Market Analysis to ensure our brands consistently maintain a leading market position.Contribute to the creation of compelling human-centric brand campaign ideas, marketing programs, and innovative solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams and agency partners.Monitor brand performance across Consumer Perception, Brand Preference, and Market Shares to deliver strategic insights that empower internal teams.Lead in-depth sessions with Marketing and Sales teams to address critical topics and implement corrective actions.Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly brand performance reviews.Thoroughly analyze and present findings from internal testing tools to drive informed decision-making.Oversee the management of qualitative and quantitative research in partnership with external vendors, ensuring timely and highly insightful analysis.Take full ownership of all Insights initiatives for the Snacks Business Unit, including agency collaborations and meticulous management of the insights budget.Develop and implement innovative data-sharing templates and dashboards to enhance data accessibility and usability.Actively participate with Global Teams in shaping future category plans.Drive the development and execution of dynamic growth strategies and brand positioning initiatives.QualificationsA minimum of 10+ year of experience in Research Agencies, FMCG/Multinationals in insights department (F&B is a plus)Bachelor degree in business administration or similar degreeStrong Microsoft skills (excel & ppt and others)Analytical mind and attention to detailHigh organization skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeFast learner and hard workerSet & establishes prioritiesProject Management skills and leadership attitude
