Join One of Egypt’s Most Ambitious Pharmaceutical Transformation Programs!We're Hiring: Subject Matter Expert – GxP Training & Competency Developmentlocation: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid)We're looking for an experienced expert to lead the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive GxP training and competency framework within a large-scale pharmaceutical transformation program.Key Responsibilities• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across GxP functions.• Design and deliver GxP training curricula and role-based learning paths.• Lead instructor-led training and Train-the-Trainer programs.• Develop Training SOPs, records systems, and employee training passports.• Deliver training on GMP, Data Integrity, Sterility Assurance, OOS/OOT, QRM, Audit Readiness, and more.Requirements 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality, QA, or GxP Training. Strong experience in curriculum development and competency assessment. Proven GMP training delivery experience. Knowledge of EU GMP, FDA 21 CFR, and WHO GMP requirements. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Fluent Arabic and English. Sterile manufacturing, lyophilization, or β-Lactam experience is a plus.
