Roles and responsibilitiesManage employees’ filling system for active and inactive employees according to Egyptian labor law standards & ensuring the protection of an employee's personal dataResponsible for all the employees' database records and updates.Handling the communication with all the governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor offices, and medical insurance authority)Preparing all the social insurance forms and labor permitsPaying Visits to the social insurance office & the labor officeHandling medical additions & deletions RequestsHandling medical insurance approvals requests.Finalizing medical insurance invoices.Handling the medical network updates, the medical insurance plans & Life insurance renewal.Supporting/Handling Investigation Requests, take the prober action according to company’s policyReviewing and planning employee’s contract renewal process.Ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standardsJob requirements:Bachelor’s degree in BA, HR or a related fieldEnglish Language (B2)1-3 Years in the HR field Experience is required preferably as a Personnel.HR Diploma is a plusProficient in MS OfficeProfessional knowledge in Egypt labor lawWorking experience in BPO industry is a plus
