Handover Engineer

Job Summar:Responsible for supporting the Community & Handover team in the handover process of all units. He / She will work closely with the CRM, Technical Office, Legal, Finance, and Project Management departments respectively to ensure the units meet TP’s standards and the Clients’ requests.Job Responsibilities: Manage the full handover cycle, ensuring all required documentation and procedures are completed prior to unit delivery. Conduct site inspections to assess unit status and identify units ready for delivery. Prepare detailed inspection and snag list reports for each unit and coordinate with the PMO Department to ensure timely closure. Verify clients’ financial status and confirm clearance prior to unit handover. Address and resolve client comments, feedback, and modification requests throughout all project phases. Monitor and track snag lists, pending issues, and missing items to ensure completion. Coordinate and follow up on scheduled delivery dates to ensure timely handover. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Civil or Architecture Experience: 1 – 3 years of experience in the Property Delivery department. Skills: Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. – Presentation skills. Abilities & Attitude: Precise, organized, and self-motivated .
