Supervise daily cashiering activities across all shifts.Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the POS system.Monitor cash handling procedures and compliance with company policies.Perform daily cash counts and reconcile discrepancies.Train, schedule, and supervise cashiers.Ensure staff adherence to service standards and operational procedures.Handle cashier performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.Ensure proper documentation of all transactions (cash, C/L, digital payments).Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances.Coordinate with finance for audits and reporting.Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service at checkout.Handle customer complaints related to billing or payments.Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment.Maintain POS system accuracy (pricing, menu updates, promotions, VOID, Discounts, CL, Refund, Returned sales to kitchen or bar ).Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.Implement fraud prevention and loss control measures. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, (preferred).5–7 years of experience in cashiering or F&B operations.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Leadership and team management abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with POS systems.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
