Booking and Scheduling: Book artists, Dancers, DJs, performance, Coordinate schedules, Contracts, Logistics. Event Planning: Assist in planning, promoting, and executing events, such as concerts, theme nights, and parties. Talent Management: Liaise with performers, agents, Managers to ensure smooth event execution. Stage Management: Oversee stage setup, sound checks, and technical requirements.Artist Relations: Ensure artist hospitality, including accommodations, transportation..etc.Manage payments for artists either daily, weekly and monthly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with restaurants staff, security, and technical teams. Problem- Solving: Troubleshoot issues during events . Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 4–8 years of experience in entertainment, Nightlife, events, hospitality, or luxury venue operations is a Must. Previous experience in restaurants, clubs, lounges, cruise boats, hotels, or entertainment venues is highly preferred.Experience coordinating live entertainment programs, DJs, bands, performers, and special events is a Must. Experience managing entertainment schedules and artist bookings is a Must. Ability to plan, organize, and execute events, themed nights, and promotional activities.
