Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate, creative, and visionary Head of Art to lead our Art Department and inspire students through an engaging, skills-based, and expressive curriculum.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Art curriculum across year groups.Foster a vibrant artistic culture within MIS.Mentor and support Art teachers in planning, teaching, and assessment.Organize exhibitions, and creative events.Manage and coordinate school-wide decoration.Encourage student exploration across a range of media, techniques, and artistic styles.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s (or higher) in Art / Fine Arts / Art Education.Experience in a British or international school setting.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Ability to inspire creativity, innovation, and self-expression.
