This role will lead the Agile transformation across the project portfolio, providing guidance, coaching, and support to cross-functional teams and management. The Agile Coach will collaborate closely with the head of transformation and change management to ensure Agile principles align with the bank’s strategic objectives, enhancing project efficiency and delivering continuous improvement.The main purposes of the job are as follows: Maintaining a strong base of bank P&P through optimized / automated end to end processes and full utilization of bank resources, seeking high level of service quality, that will lead to internal / external customer satisfaction, considering all related controls local (CBE, international, CA Group) regulations, , business requirements mitigate any associated risk.Managing processes stakeholder of assigned domains, in dedicated workshops to discuss processes painful areas and points of conflict, then decide optimum solution for arising problems.Managing the P&P Validation Committee to discuss and validate changes and final version of process flow or optimization initiatives.Applying the Change Management actions based on the predefined plan, P&P formalization, contracts & agreements, bank forms, communications, if applicable. Publishing and maintaining bank library.Key Responsibilities:Manage Change Management & Procedures staff to achieve bank goals and mission concerning unified integrated strong policies and procedures.Providing on going full support to Change Management & Procedures staff by spreading the knowhow, keeping them always updated & alerted with all new regulations.Providing decision, advice and feedback to all daily inquiries within the scope of P&AEnsure developing procedures on standard CAE template in coordination with relative LOB Head / Functional Head, considering segregation of duties, responsibilities and adequate controls.Manage and coordinate all amendments required in existing bank procedures, due to change of local authorities' regulations, CA Group requirements, system/process enhancement or new business requirements.Co-ordinate with Product Management/ Business Owners / Functional Heads in setting the required operation procedures for new products, services or bank policies and CBE mandatesSolving problems whenever conflicts of interest appears between different departments that requires co-ordination to enable agreement on a unified work processFollow up on update of bank procedures in accordance to audit requirements in a timely manner.Coordinate with Validation committee stakeholders to review and update policies and procedures documents and sign off final version.Ensure proper launching of any new / updated policies and procedures after approval and sign off by LOB, Operation Head, Legal, Compliance & Permanent Control units. This includes announcing to all users using Digital and traditional channels alike.Standardization of bank's operations processes ensuring adequate controls are in place and enable effective and controlled transaction processing.Training new comers through planned training sessionsCoordinate/Participate with bank management in development, improvement or re-assessment of bank processes and projects to enhance performance and efficiency in line with the MTP of the bankCarry out change management activities based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change, i.e.:Coordinating with HR to identify training needs & Job description changesCoordinate with Transformation & Org. Projects departmentEnsure procedures and policies are updated accordinglyRevamping of policy & procedures format into process driven rather than departmental & include flowcharts & identification of responsibilities to add value to the organization and increase operational efficiencyEmbrace technology and capitalize on new technological and AI in developing new ways of working to increase team efficiency and adding departmental value to the organizationSimplify and enforce the adherence to all issued policies and procedures across all bank staff through enhanced awareness schemes and management of assurance checks and validations across all units on periodical basis to ensure the continuous adoption and update of all policies and procedures.Work with other transformational departments to ensure change management through continuous update of bank policies and procedures in light of regulatory changes, process enhancement and/or completion of strategical projects and programs.Qualifications:15+ years of banking experience, preferably in different Bank areas.Proper understanding of banking activities, products and relative features.Solving problems whenever conflicts of interest appears between different departments that require solving to enable agreement on a unified work process (example Sales & Credit etc…)Ability to analyze risks incorporated with certain products / process steps and establishment of compensating controls.Co-ordination with different departments and obtaining process approvals requires interpersonal skills, dexterity and most of all high communication skills.Proper understanding of Arabic CBE regulations.
