1. Procurement & Contracts Management:Manage the service contracts lifecycle, plan and direct the corporate procurement activities, source, negotiate, evaluate and manage enterprise-level agreements with vendors, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements ,develop and maintain operational policies and SOPs, develop annual procurement plans in coordination with business functions, ensure transparent and competitive sourcing practices, lead major negotiations and strategic procurement initiatives, monitor supplier concentration risk and procurement risk exposure, ensure contract lifecycle management and vendor performance governance, manage procurement audits and regulatory reviews.1. Vendor Management:Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key external service providers, develop and implement vendor performance, resolve escalated vendor disputes, guide/conduct continuous market research to identify opportunities of alternate vendors and/or purchase items/services, mitigating single-source dependencies, establish supplier segmentation and strategic vendor relationship programs, conduct periodic supplier performance and risk reviews, ensure third-party risk management requirements are implemented, develop contingency arrangements for critical suppliers and services.3. Administration & Workplace Services:Direct daily operations of essential soft services, oversee comprehensive corporate logistics for the Administration services scope, ensure a high standard of service delivery, ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations for all Workplace services (e.g., catering),assure strict safety, licensing, and maintenance protocols for the corporate car fleet and staff transportation vehicles/services, develop and maintain operational policies, ensure high levels of employee satisfaction regarding workplace services, where applicable, establish service-level agreements and service standards for administration services.4. Financial Management & Cost Optimization:Develop, manage and optimize, implement cost-efficiency initiatives across the Administration and Workplace Services scope, provide regular financial forecasting, variance, monitor spending against approved budgets, evaluate total cost of ownership (TCO) for major procurements, develop productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives.5.People Leadership:Build a high-performing Procurement as well as Administration teams, develop succession plans and talent pipelines, promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement, implementing relevant KPIs as required, coach and mentor managers and key staff.6.Corporate Services Strategy & Governance:Develop and implement the Corporate Services strategy, establish governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and service standards for Procurement and Administration functions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, procurement governance, and delegated authorities, support Business Continuity and Crisis Management programs for Corporate Services, ensure continuity arrangements for transportation, workplace support, critical vendors, and outsourced services, coordinate with ERM, HR, FM, and Security functions regarding emergency preparedness, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.7.Digital Transformation and Process Excellence:Explore and guide automation and digitization initiatives within Procurement and Administration functions, promote the use of ERP, workflow automation, and analytics tools, improve process efficiency through Process Excellence methodologies, utilize data analytics to support decision-making and service improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain; or otherwise, any relevant discipline coupled with formal certification and/or training in Procurement Management15+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Services, Procurement, Administration, or related functions.Last 5+ years in senior leadership position in a regulated environment.Proven experience directly managing, mentoring, and scaling large, diverse teams across multiple operational disciplines (e.g., Procurement professionals, administration, logistics, drivers, and support staff).Deep working knowledge of ERP systems and process automationsExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, financial modeling, and dynamic KPI reporting.
