Job purpose:This position will be responsible for overseeing the organization's data protection strategy and ensuring compliance with global data privacy laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex regulatory environments, foster a culture of privacy within the organization, and serve as the primary point of contact for data protection matters. Location: Smart Village, Egypt𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Develop and implement data privacy strategies and policies. • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations. • Conduct privacy risk assessments and audits. • Lead data breach response and remediation activities. • Collaborate with IT & security teams to strengthen data protection measures. • Deliver privacy awareness and training programs across the organization.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Governance, Compliance, and Data Privacy within the banking sector. • Strong knowledge of GDPR, Egypt privacy laws, and information security standards. • Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CDPO, CDPM, or ISO 27001 LI/LA are highly preferred.
