The mission is simple to say and hard to do: position this as Egypt's leading holistic wellbeing destination, and build the digital and brand infrastructure to prove it — to guests, to partners, and to investors.The roleWe're hiring a Head of Marketing, Brand & In-House Team — a senior leader who will own commercial strategy, brand positioning, and marketing execution across the entire ecosystem, and who will build the in-house team to deliver it: social media specialists, a copywriter, a videographer/photographer, a content creator, a PR & influencer specialist.This is not a role where you inherit a playbook and execute it. You're writing the playbook. You'll decide how five entities tell one coherent story. You'll build the team that tells it.
