The Head of Marketing & PR will lead the overall strategy for building and strengthening Alghad TV’s brand, leveraging corporate expertise to implement best-in-class practices within a dynamic media environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive Marketing & PR strategy aligned with business objectivesIntroduce and implement corporate best practices within the media environmentLead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platformsOversee integrated marketing campaigns (On-Air, Digital, Social Media, Events)Manage relationships with media outlets and strategic partnersBuild and develop strategic partnerships with regional and local institutionsLead and execute field marketing initiatives for Alghad brand locally and internationallyManage and coordinate media sponsorships for forums and key eventsLead reputation management and handle crisis communications effectivelyMonitor performance metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvementLead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional teamCollaborate closely with content, news, and production teams to maximize reach and impact 10–15 years of experience in Marketing and Public RelationsStrong and proven corporate experience within established companies, with a solid understanding of business environments and brand managementA hybrid background across corporate and media sectors is highly preferredMinimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teamsProven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing and PR strategiesEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related fieldAn MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plusProfessional certifications in marketing or brand management are an advantageRequired Skills:Strong corporate mindset with experience in structured business environmentsStrategic leadership and decision-making skillsSolid understanding of digital marketing and media landscapesExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluency in Arabic and English
