Head of MEP

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:• Oversee and manage architectural aspects of MEP systems for fit-out projects.• Responsible for quoting, designing, executing, testing, handing over and management of all MEP sectors• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.• Conduct site inspections and manage on-site teams to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.• Provide expert guidance on MEP-related design and installation challenges.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering is a must• 8+ years of experience in MEP Design projects.• Proven experience in managing fit-out projects and on-site operations.• Strong understanding of MEP systems, architectural design, and construction processes.• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.• Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) are a plus.
