Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the academic and operational activities of the Middle & High School.Ensure effective implementation of the American Curriculum and academic standards.Supervise, support, and evaluate teaching staff.Monitor lesson planning, teaching quality, student progress, and academic performance.Develop and implement academic improvement plans.Manage timetables, class schedules, and staff coverage.Ensure effective classroom management and student discipline.Work closely with teachers, students, parents, and school leadership.Analyze student performance data and take appropriate improvement actions.Organize and follow up on examinations, assessments, and academic activities.Contribute to school development plans and strategic initiatives. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in school leadership/management.Previous experience as a Head of Stage, Academic Coordinator, Vice Principal, or similar leadership position.Strong experience in an American / International School is required.Excellent knowledge of the American Curriculum.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Excellent staff management and classroom observation skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Excellent command of English.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
