QStaffers is currently looking for a Head of Operation for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Fashion Industry!Job Summary:We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and optimize our end-to-end operations, including production, inventory, supply chain, and fulfillment.This role ensures that every product is produced on time, stocked correctly, and delivered efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality standards.You will play a key role in enabling growth by building scalable systems that support increasing order volume and product expansion.Responsibilities:Production & Supplier Management:Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliersOversee production timelines and capacity planningEnsure consistent product quality across all batchesSource new materials and suppliers when neededInventory & Demand Planning:Forecast demand for each product and collectionPlan inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstock manage SKU-level performance and replenishmentQuality ControlEstablish and maintain quality standardsInspect products before launchReduce defects and returnsLogistics & FullfilmentOversee warehouse operations and fulfillment processesOptimize picking, packing, and shipping workflowsManage shipping partners and delivery timelinesImprove delivery speed and cost efficiencySystem & Process OptimizationImplement operational systems (ERP, inventory tools, etc.)Improve workflows across production → warehouse → deliveryEnsure scalability as order volume growsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Creative team (for launch timelines)Marketing team (for campaign planning)E-commerce team (for product availability)Requirements:Experience:5-10+ years in operations, supply chain, or logisticsExperience in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer goods preferredExperience managing production and inventory at scaleSkills:Supply Chain Management:Supplier coordinationProduction planningInventory Planning:Demand forecastingStock OptimizationLogistics & Fulfillment:Warehouse systemsShipping OperationsProcess Building:• Creating scalable systems and workflowsTechnical Skills:Preferred familiarity with:Inventory management systemsERP tools (eg, Odoo or similar)Shopify operationsExcel / data analysis toolsPersonal Qualities:We are looking for someone who is:Highly organizedDetail-orientedSystems thinkerProblem solver proactive and reliableComfortable managing complexityBonus Qualifications: (Preferred - not a must)Experience in fashion productionExperience managing international suppliersExperience setting up fulfillment operations from scratch
