This role involves planning project scopes and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will oversee expediting activities, monitor logistics and inspection processes, and proactively resolve risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include stakeholder communication, status reporting, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement to drive operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership, structured project governance, and a strong focus on quality and efficiency.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control practices to maintain standards and compliance throughout projects.Proficiency in Logistics Management, including scheduling, inventory coordination, and vendor/partner management.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.Proven leadership experience guiding project teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
