We are looking for a local Egypt-based PPO & Business Analyst to lead end‑to‑end delivery for our banking chatbot initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product delivery, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of the banking domain. Experience working on chatbots or conversational AI is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive product planning, prioritization, and delivery for the banking chatbot across the Egypt region.Conduct requirement gathering, user-story documentation, and alignment with business and technology teams.Perform data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for chatbot enhancement and optimization.Collaborate closely with local business stakeholders, operations, compliance, and technology teams.Lead cross-functional meetings and present progress, risks, and insights to senior leadership.Ensure all deliverables meet banking regulatory requirements and follow regional norms.Support continuous improvement by monitoring chatbot performance, gaps, and customer experience insights.Required Skills & Qualifications3–7 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles.Strong banking domain knowledge—retail, digital banking, customer journeys, and operations.Experience in chatbot platforms, conversational AI, or digital CX is an added advantage.Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.Ability to analyze large data sets and extract actionable insights.Must be a local Egyptian candidate, familiar with local banking behaviors and customer expectations
