Head of Project Management Office (PMO) – SAP Delivery

Description:Arete Organization is looking for a Head of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the governance, coordination, and performance oversight of our external SAP and ERP delivery portfolio in Riyadh, KSA.This is a senior delivery-governance role responsible for establishing and managing consistent project and program management practices across Arete’s client engagements. The successful candidate will act as the central governance authority for multiple projects and programs, ensuring that scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, issue, change, resource, and stakeholder controls are applied effectively and consistently.The role requires a strong PMO leader who can support delivery leadership, guide Project Managers, manage integrated reporting, and ensure that all client-facing projects are delivered in line with contractual commitments, internal standards, and recognized project-management best practices.Qualifications:Candidates should have 7–10 years of experience of project and/or program management, including at least 3 years of experience managing Project Managers. Experience within SAP implementation partners, ERP delivery organizations, or large system integrators is highly important. The role also requires demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously, with strong exposure to SAP delivery lifecycles such as SAP Activate or equivalent implementation methodologies.
