As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.Job DescriptionManage and supervise the QM Systems, Operations, Audits and Methods according to defined objectives and KPIsDesign and lead initiatives with regard to the Quality Systems and Operations.Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility,Define and Steere budget for the development of activities also within the area of responsibilityRequest Q-Task-Force to production facility in case of major quality problems to support with tools, methods and know-howManage and supervise multiple org units within QM Systems & OperationsPropose and implement measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growthQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in EngineeringOver 8 years of proven experience within the Quality Management Systems and Operations Quality scope, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.High leadership skills with a strong focus on employee coaching, mentoring, and developmentStrategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesProfessional proficiency in English LanguageAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
