This position will be based in Cairo.What are my responsibilities?Owner of the entire strategy development for the regional Siemens Mobility Organization which includes management of vision and mission, alignment with Siemens Mobility’s global strategy, strategy planning process, preparation of strategic dialogues with Managing and Supervisory Board, development, controlling and support of implementation of strategic measures to safeguard achievement of ambitious growth and strategic targets.Drive control and support the implementation of strategic measures.Communication and presentation of strategy (e.g. presentations for the CEO, preparation of strategic communication content).Lead strategy projects (strategic projects to develop required insights or strategic plans for the businesses; support of high priority internal projects).Analyze markets and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities and to elaborate business cases including necessary portfolio, localization strategies, investments and resources.M&A strategy and projects (Invest, Divest, Partnership, JV, due diligence) incl.
