We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Role DescriptionThe HORECA Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the following :• Monitor daily sales performance; analyze gaps and drive corrective action.• Conduct joint field visits to develop selling skills and strengthen customer relationships.• Build and maintain strong partnerships with F&B managers, purchasing teams, and owners.• Resolve operational issues, handle complaints professionally, and identify upselling opportunities.• Onboard new customers in under-covered areas• Ensure perfect execution of pricing, and customized offers.• Track availability, and visibility of products in HORECA accounts.• Track and coordinate the renewal of customer contracts.• Liaise with Supply Chain for product availability and delivery schedules📍 Location: [New Cairo]📩 To apply: Careers@valleywaterco.com Or WhatsApp 01284140137QualificationsExcellent Customer Service skills to build strong relationships with key HORECA clients and ensure satisfactionEffective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and managementProblem-solving and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in HORECA sales or a similar industry is highly preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software tools
