A reputable distribution company, a subsidiary of a large FMCG Group, is hiring a Senior Sales Supervisor (HORECA)Job SummaryThe HORECA SN Sales Supervisor is responsible for supervising and developing the HORECA sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and other food service channels. The role includes leading the sales team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the HORECA sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the HORECA sector.Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across accounts.Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports for management.Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.Participate in setting sales forecasts and business development plans.Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.4 - 6 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably within FMCG or food distribution industries.Previous supervisory experience is preferred.Strong knowledge of the HORECA market and customer network.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Valid driving license is preferred.Key CompetenciesSales and negotiation skillsTeam leadershipCustomer relationship managementProblem-solving abilitiesMarket awarenessTime managementResult orientationWorking ConditionsFrequent field visits and customer meetings.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
