We're looking for a polished, guest-focused Receptionist to join the front desk team at Santino Boutique Hotel on Egypt's North Coast.What you'll be doingWelcoming and checking in/out guests in a warm, professional mannerManaging reservations and room assignmentsHandling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficientlyProcessing payments and maintaining accurate billingCoordinating with housekeeping and other departmentsSupporting night audit when required What we're looking for3-7 years experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality roleFluent in Arabic and English, both are essentialExperience with Opera Cloud is a plusPresentable, well-spoken, and calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWhat we offerAccommodation providedTransportation providedYearly contractLocation: North Coast, Egypt — Santino Boutique Hotel
