The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for the end-to-end management of company-provided housing for employees and staff. This role ensures that all living facilities are safe, clean, compliant with local regulations, and conducive to a productive work-life balance. You will oversee budget allocation, facility maintenance, room assignments, and vendor relationships.ResponsibilitiesFacility Management & Operations Oversee the daily operations of all staff housing units (camps, apartments, or chalets).Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and pest control services.Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.Room Allocation & Logistics Manage the master "bed-plan" to optimize occupancy and ensure fair room distribution.Supervise check-in and check-out procedures for new hires and departing staff.Compliance & Safety Ensure all facilities meet local health, safety, and civil defence regulations.Maintain updated records of residents, emergency contacts, and insurance documents.Implement and enforce "House Rules" to maintain discipline and harmony among residents.Budget & Procurement Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, internet) and implement cost-saving measures.Manage and follow up the procurement of furniture, bedding, and kitchen supplies.Oversee third-party contracts for catering, laundry, and security services.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Administration Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Required SkillsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking).Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate disputes between residents from diverse backgrounds.Organization: High level of attention to detail regarding logistics and documentation.Crisis Management: Calm under pressure during emergencies.
