Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department across both HR administration and recruitment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and compliance, coordinating interviews, and assisting with employee documentation.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information professionally, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.About the Role:Prepare employment contracts, letters, HR documents, and starter packs.Support onboarding and offboarding processes.Assist with right-to-work checks and compliance documentation.Coordinate references and background checks where required.Ensure all employee files are organised and compliant.Support absence tracking, probation reviews, and HR trackers.Assist with processing HR forms and maintaining personnel documentation.Support the management of HR tickets and employee queries.Schedule meetings, inductions, and HR-related training sessions.Liaise with managers and employees regarding HR administrative matters.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.Support internal HR audits and compliance checks.Assist with posting vacancies on recruitment platforms.Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Prepare interview schedules and calendar invitations.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring documentation.Ensure recruitment records are updated accurately.Assist the HR team with ongoing projects and process improvements.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Help maintain a positive employee experience.Carry out any other reasonable administrative duties as required.Skills and Competencies:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage confidential information professionally.Strong administrative and coordination abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach.Experience and qualifications:Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative role preferred.Experience using HR systems is advantageous.Understanding of basic HR processes and employment documentation.Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday off )Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PMWork Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
