Our brand portfolio spans premium hair wigs, cosmetics, and a proprietary Egyptian-manufactured hair care line, serving customers primarily in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt.As we scale across multiple markets, we're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to build and run our people operations from the ground up. The RoleYou will be our first dedicated HR hire, working directly with the founders. This is a builder role: you'll set up HR foundations, own recruitment for our commercial teams, and keep a distributed, multi-country team organized and motivated.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding- Own end-to-end hiring for sales, media buying, customer service, and operations roles (Egypt & remote Gulf-facing positions)- Write job posts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers- Design and run a structured onboarding process for new hiresHR Operations & Compliance- Draft and manage employment contracts and freelancer agreements (Egypt labor law knowledge required)- Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management- Coordinate payroll inputs with financePerformance & Culture- Implement a simple, practical performance review system with clear KPIs per role- Support team leads with performance issues, feedback cycles, and disciplinary processes- Help build team engagement across a remote, multi-country workforcePolicies & Systems- Create the company's core HR policies and employee handbook- Recommend and set up lightweight HR tools (attendance, ATS, HRIS) suitable for a growing SMB Requirements- 3–5 years of HR experience in fast-paced SMEs or growing companies- Solid working knowledge of Egyptian labor law and employment contracts- Proven experience recruiting commercial or digital roles (sales, marketing, customer service)- Fluent Arabic and strong professional English- Self-starter comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision- Strong organization skills — you can build processes, not just follow them Preferred (Strong Advantage)- Previous HR experience in an e-commerce, retail, or beauty company — strongly preferred- Experience supporting teams in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf- Familiarity with HR tools (Odoo HR, Zoho People, or similar)- Experience in a startup or founder-led environmentWhat We Offer- Flexible remote work with part-time hours- Direct exposure to founders and cross-border business operations (Egypt, UAE, KSA, USA)- Real ownership: you build the HR function, not inherit it- Clear path to a full-time leadership role as the company scalesTo Apply:Send your CV with the subject line "HR Generalist – [Your Name]" or apply directly through LinkedIn.
