This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executive search, client management, market intelligence, and building strong talent networks within the Saudi market.You will manage end-to-end recruitment assignments, build and maintain strong client relationships, partner with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent for leading organizations across Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted recruitment partner throughout the hiring process.Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates.Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis.Source high-quality passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, databases, and direct search.Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.Prepare candidate reports, interview summaries, and executive shortlists.Provide market insights, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting.Requirements5+ years of recruitment or executive search experience.Strong experience recruiting for technology roles, including Software Engineering, AI, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product, and Digital positions.Proven recruitment experience within the Saudi Arabian market.Experience managing client relationships and partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Experience recruiting for organizations in financial services or Banking, fintech, fraud, identity verification, risk management,Strong expertise in executive search, headhunting, and market mapping.Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.High level of professionalism, ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
