Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Oversee joining formalities, induction programs, and compliance documentation.Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.Ensure HR documentation is updated, compliant, and properly maintained.Administer and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including probation reviews, promotions, transfers, and separations.Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee-related documents.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and internal policies.Partner with internal departments to support HR operational requirements.Generate HR reports and support audits and compliance reviews.Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR operational inquiries. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Generalist roles.Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.Proven experience in onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records management.Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
