KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage full-cycle recruitment for production, maintenance, and technical rolesLead hiring for operators, technicians (mechanical, electrical, welding, etc.)Source talent through social media, job fairs, agencies, walk‑ins, and platforms like LinkedIn & ForasnaDraft job postings and contribute to job description updatesConduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support onboardingBuild and maintain a continuous technical and production talent pipelineCollaborate with the HR team to detect early signs of absenteeism or turnoverPrepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Legal, or related field2–3 years of experience in a similar HR professional recruitment role (blue‑ & white‑collar)Proven experience in blue‑collar recruitmentExperience in a manufacturing or international industrial environment (highly preferred)Strong sourcing skills and understanding of recruiting best practicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelFluency in Arabic and EnglishWe are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
