Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruitment Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and sourcing top talent. The HR Recruitment Specialist will also coordinate recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and facilitate onboarding and training for new employees. In addition, the role requires effective communication with both potential employees and internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processesExperience and proficiency in Training and employee developmentExcellent Communication skills for collaboration with candidates and internal stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in an on-site setting and manage recruitment logisticsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldFamiliarity with HR and recruitment best practicesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
