We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both recruitment and payroll processes, with the ability to manage HR operations efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)Process and manage monthly payroll accurately and on timeMaintain employee records and HR documentationEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policiesHandle employee relations and support HR daily operationsCoordinate with different departments regarding staffing needsRequirements:Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Payroll is a must)Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in EgyptExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
