You will play a crucial role in shaping our employee experience and contributing to our overall success.Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and managing the offer process.Administer and optimize personnel processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records with meticulous attention to detail.Manage HR administrative tasks efficiently such as social insurance, health insurance, attendance, and vacations.Maintain contact with the main departments of the company to follow up their hiring and employee relations needs.Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring fairness and adherence to best practices.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Skills/Technologies: You will regularly apply your expertise in Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, and Personnel management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, alongside a strong grasp of HR policies and employee relations.
