🚀 نعلن عن وظيفة: مدير موارد بشرية وتوظيف – مصرتبحث ILEERA Fashion عن مدير موارد بشرية وتوظيف قوي ومنظم وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مصر.هذه ليست وظيفة HR إدارية تقليدية.نبحث عن شخص قادر على مساعدتنا في بناء فريق قوي، إنشاء نظام توظيف احترافي، ودعم المرحلة القادمة من توسع الشركة.المهام والمسؤوليات:• قيادة عمليات التوظيف واستقطاب الكفاءات لمختلف الأقسام• إعداد وتطوير الوصف الوظيفي للوظائف الجديدة• البحث عن المرشحين المناسبين وفرز السير الذاتية• إدارة المقابلات وتنظيم مراحل التوظيف• بناء نظام واضح لاستقبال وتدريب الموظفين الجدد• دعم أنظمة تقييم الأداء والمتابعة• تنظيم سياسات الموارد البشرية والحضور والانصراف والعقود وملفات الموظفين• العمل مع الإدارة لتحديد أولويات التوظيف• المساعدة في بناء ثقافة عمل منظمة واحترافية داخل الشركةالمتطلبات:• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الموارد البشرية والتوظيف• خبرة قوية في استقطاب المواهب وإجراء المقابلات• خبرة في توظيف أدوار مرتبطة بالتشغيل، الماليات، خدمة العملاء، التسويق، التجارة الإلكترونية، الإنتاج، أو التجزئة• مهارات تواصل وتقييم عالية• شخصية منظمة، عملية، ومبادرة• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة النمو• الخبرة في مجالات الأزياء، التجزئة، التجارة الإلكترونية، التصنيع، أو العمليات تعتبر ميزة قوية• التواجد في مصر شرط أساسيما نبحث عنه:نحتاج إلى شخص حاد في التقييم، عملي، وجاد في بناء الفرق — وليس فقط نشر الوظائف وجمع السير الذاتية.الشخص المناسب يجب أن يكون قادرًا على تمييز المرشحين الأقوياء، فلترة المرشحين غير المناسبين، وبناء عملية توظيف احترافية من البداية للنهاية.الموقع: مصر - الجيزة - 6 اكتوبرنوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملالشركة: ILEERA Fashionللتقديم، يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع نبذة مختصرة عن الخبرة العملية في مجال التوظيف والموارد البشرية.email : hello@ileerallc.om_--------------------------------------🚀 We’re Hiring: HR & Talent Acquisition Manager – EgyptILEERA Fashion is looking for a strong, organized, and highly qualified HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Egypt.This is not a regular HR admin role.We are looking for someone who can help us build the right team, create a strong hiring system, and support the company’s next stage of growth.About the Role:You will be responsible for leading recruitment, building HR processes, screening and evaluating candidates, supporting department heads with hiring needs, and helping us create a professional internal structure as the company expands.Key Responsibilities:• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple departments• Create and improve job descriptions for new roles• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates• Manage interviews and hiring pipelines• Build a clear onboarding process for new employees• Support performance evaluation systems• Create and organize HR policies, attendance, contracts, and employee records• Work closely with management to understand hiring priorities• Help build a strong, disciplined, and professional company cultureRequirements:• 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment• Strong experience in talent acquisition and interviewing• Experience hiring for operations, finance, customer service, marketing, e-commerce, production, or retail roles• Strong communication and evaluation skills• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-growing environment• Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or operations is a strong plus• Must be based in EgyptWhat We’re Looking For:We need someone who is sharp, practical, and serious about building teams — not just posting jobs and collecting CVs.The right person should know how to identify strong candidates, filter weak ones, and build a professional hiring process from A to Z.Location: Egypt - GIZA - 6 OCTJob Type: Full-timeCompany: ILEERA FashionIf you believe you are the right fit, please send your CV and a brief message explaining your relevant experience.email : hello@ileerallc.om
