Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for an HR Team Lead with a focus on Talent Acquisition. The HR Team Lead will be responsible for building and scaling HR functions, including recruiting and hiring processes, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing personnel management. The role involves acting as a key partner to management while driving initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and optimize team performance.
