Job Purpose : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HITS Specialist to manage and support our HR Information Technology Systems. The role is responsible for processing HR system transactions, maintaining accurate employee data and documentation, supporting system implementations and enhancements, and ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process all HR system transactions accurately and on time.Maintain employee records, data, and required documents within the system.Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.Support HITS implementation projects, system upgrades, testing, and enhancements.Provide system support and troubleshoot HR system-related issues.Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis when required.Coordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in HRIS/HITS or HR Operations.Strong knowledge of HR systems and employee lifecycle transactions.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong Excel and reporting skills.Proactive, flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
