Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to employees on HSE procedures and best practicesMonitor and analyze safety performance data and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.Maintain records of safety incidents, training, audits, and inspections.Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices on-site.Stay current on relevant health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.Promote a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.Health and safety certificate is a mustMinimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an HSE role (industry-specific preferred).Strong knowledge of local and international HSE laws and regulations.Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 standards is a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems (SMS).
