Identify new project opportunities in the market.Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.Conduct regular outdoor visits to project sites, consultants, and client offices.Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects until closing.Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with technical and pricing teams.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions with clients.Track project pipelines and update CRM / sales reports regularly.Coordinate internally with operations, installation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor competitors, market prices, and new project activity. 2–5 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, or construction-related sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Experience in outdoor sales and field visits.Good knowledge of the local construction / finishing market.Ability to read project requirements and handle quotations professionally.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
