Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About The Role : The sorting facility supervisor is responsible for supervising daily sorting operations and ensuring all parcels are received, processed and dispatched correctly and on schedule. The role involves coordinating with team leaders and team staff, maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the sorting facility manager in achieving operational targets.Job Code : 2025OPER-246Job Responsibilities : Supervise day to day workflow activities within the assigned areas of the facilityEnsure all shipments are scanned, sorted & dispatched correctly according to operational proceduresMonitor team performance and provide on the spot guidance to maintain accuracy, speed and productivityAllocate manpower and assign tasks to ensure balanced workload distribution during shiftsConduct end of shift meeting to review daily performance, highlight achievements and discuss issuesIdentify operational bottlenecks and report them to the sorting facility manager with recommendation for improvementEnsure that all staff follow safety and quality standards within the facilityAct as the main point of contact between the sorting staff and management during the shiftJob Qualifications :Minimum of 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping fieldVery good English LevelMust have experience in leading and supervising teamsHigh School Diploma; Bachelor's degreeDecision Making and problem solving skillsAnalytical and reporting skillsAbility to meet deadline and work under pressureTime Management and multi-taskingGood interpersonal skills and leadership skillsProactive, with can do attitude and good judgmentFocused and professional attitudeWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
