We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team and support HR operations across the Nordic region.In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR systems, maintaining data integrity, coordinating HR processes, and acting as a subject matter expert for HR tools and administration.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Support and maintain HR tools and systems administration• Process employee changes, terminations, and HR-related requests• Maintain organization structures and permissions within HR systems• Ensure HR processes and documentation remain updated and compliant• Support HR reporting, audits, and data analysis activities• Deliver training and guidance on HR systems and tools• Participate in HR projects related to process improvement and compliance• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Nordic region🔹 Requirements:✔ Previous experience in HR administration, HR systems, or HR operations✔ Strong organizational and planning skills✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel✔ Experience with data analysis and reporting✔ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills✔ Fluent in English (written and spoken)✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
