This role partners closely with client leadership teams to assess HR needs, design tailored HR strategies, and implement policies and programs that support organizational transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on HR best practices, interpreting and developing HR policies, and supporting workforce planning and organizational design. The consultant will manage and resolve employee relations matters, conduct needs assessments, and design and deliver training programs that build leadership and HR capabilities. The role also involves preparing reports and recommendations, facilitating change management initiatives, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to ensure HR solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including core HR functions, workforce planning, and talent management (Real Estate Idustry).Proficiency in developing, implementing, and interpreting HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals.Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and fostering a positive work environment.Background in Management Consulting, with the ability to analyze client needs, design solutions, and drive implementation.Experience in Training, including needs assessment, content development, facilitation, and evaluating training effectiveness.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to work on-site with clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
