Sherif Baghdadi Group is looking for a Strategic Senior HR Professional to join our executiveteam to oversee and manage our end-to-end HR operations. the ideal partner will act as acore support function, handling daily HR operations, personnel activities, recruitmentsupport, performance management, KPIs, employee relations, and ensuring that all HRpractices are aligned with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.• In this critical leadership role, you will act as a core strategic partner to the CEO andexecutive board. You will be responsible for shaping our entire Human Resources andOrganizational Development (OD) landscape. We operate in a fast-paced, highly technicalB2B, B2C, F&B, corporate, and service-based businesses and we need an HR leader whounderstands how to align our human capital with our corporate strategy and expansions tohospitality retail and manufacturing.Key Responsibilities• Lead OD initiatives, structure HR hierarchies, and utilize to ensure absolute alignment between our strategy, structure, and staff.• Design implement and govern a practical performance management and HR cost effectiveness system.• Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive appraisal plans and quarterly performance review cycles.• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.• Perform TNA analysis and design training programs.• Drive the recruitment of specialized talent, while building strong retention programs.• Review and challenge performance ratings where evidence is weak or inconsistent.• Create and monitor Performance Improvement Plans for weak performers.• Assess incentive and bonus effectiveness against sales customer productivity and cost outcomes.• Recommend fair reward decisions based on evidence and business contribution.• Build and update monthly HR dashboards using Excel and HRIS data.• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.• Maintain accurate HR analytics data and ensure confidentiality.Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or any discipline.• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role.Background in industrial supply, B2B, or manufacturing sectors within the Egyptian market is highly preferred.• Hands-on experience with HR systems, attendance systems, or HRIS is preferred.• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll inputs, and performance management.• Good understanding of labor law, HR policies, and employee documentation requirements.• Proven track record in Organizational Development, crafting detailed KPIs, and designing effective performance appraisal frameworks. • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR metrics to overall business.• Profitability and operational efficiency.• Analytical thinking and attention to detail with Practical problem solving.• Strong communication, presentation skills influencing skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.• Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
