Job OverviewHR BP oversees all aspects of human resources functions within an organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. They also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, develop HR policies, and drive employee engagement strategies. In essence, they act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. We expect the candidate to allocate 30% of his/her time for META Talent Acquisition projects and talent recruitments.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, as well as managing performance management systems.Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.Employee Relations: Addressing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, while promoting a positive and respectful workplace.Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.HR Strategy and Policy: Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and culture.Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.Performance Management: Overseeing performance management systems, including conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback.Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing HR metrics to provide insights to senior management. Requirements Fluency in Arabic and English Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Leadership and management skills.Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
