Joining the company means contributing to an organization that combines scientific rigor with customer-centric service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Senior Payroll and Personnel Specialist in the cosmeceutical or pharmaceutical industry. The role includes managing end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations, deductions, benefits, and statutory contributions in line with local regulations and company policies. The specialist will handle personnel records, maintain up-to-date employee files, track attendance and leaves, and coordinate with HR and finance teams on changes affecting payroll. Daily responsibilities include reconciling payroll reports, resolving payroll-related queries, overseeing garnishments and other withholdings, and preparing periodic reports and analytics for management. The person in this role will also support audits, contribute to the improvement of payroll and personnel processes, and ensure a high level of confidentiality and data integrity.Qualifications Strong expertise in payroll administration, including end-to-end Payroll Processing and coordination with Payroll Services providers.Solid knowledge of Payroll Taxes, statutory contributions, and compliance with local labor and tax regulations.Hands-on experience managing Garnishments and other mandatory deductions with accuracy and timeliness.Proficiency in payroll systems or HRIS platforms, with strong Excel and data management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in payroll and personnel, preferably in the cosmeceutical or pharmaceutical industry.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail and confidentiality.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet strict deadlines.Familiarity with labor laws, benefits administration, and personnel record management.Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken, is preferred.send CV to mabdelazeem10@yahoo.com or what's app 01064134949
