The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee training, managing employee relations, and implementing strategies for retention and engagement. The HR Manager will serve as a key advisor to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.QualificationsExperience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies7-10 years of experience in real estate development firms is a mustKnowledge of HR policies, employee performance management, and compliance with labor lawsStrong skills in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace cultureProficiency in communication, leadership, and organizational developmentAbility to manage training programs and employee engagement initiativesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience as an HR manager or in a similar leadership positionProficiency in HR management software and tools is a plus
