The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating building repairs, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and overseeing budgets for facility operations. The Facilities Manager will also ensure that properties meet the highest standards for sustainability, safety, and comfort while liaising with stakeholders to address needs and concerns effectively.QualificationsFacilities management and maintenance planning skills, including knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair proceduresVendor management and budgeting expertise, with the ability to manage contracts and optimize costs effectivelyStrong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple properties and tasks simultaneouslyThorough understanding of health, safety, and building regulations to ensure code complianceExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to work collaboratively with teams, clients, and stakeholdersCompound or mall experience is a must5+ years of FM in real estate industry is a mustTeam management experiencePreventive maintenance experienceFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and environmental compliance is a plusBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in facilities management or property management roles
