The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, coordinating building repairs, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and overseeing budgets for facility operations.
