Because the real estate market moves fast, we need someone who already speaks the language of developers, brokers, and project managers.If you have a proven track record of scaling real estate teams, building high-performance cultures, and managing complex commission-driven sales structures, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Real Estate Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized real estate roles, from senior commercial/sales directors and property consultants to technical engineers and project managers.Performance & Commission Structure Management: Collaborate with the commercial team to design, optimize, and manage competitive commission structures, KPIs, and sales incentive plans.Strategic HR Planning: Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business growth goals, manpower planning, and budget forecasting.Organizational Development: Design and implement robust onboarding, training, and retention programs tailored to real estate professionals.Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative, high-performance corporate culture that bridges the gap between corporate offices and project sites.Operations & Compliance: Oversee personnel administration, payroll review, social insurance, and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws.What We’re Looking For (Requirements)Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or an HR Diploma) are highly preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, specifically within the Real Estate Development or Brokerage industry.
